Find Your Perfect Fit
How to Measure
- Get your tool: Use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string.
- Position the tape: Place the tape around your head, ensuring it's level and snug, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears, where the hat will naturally sit.
- Read the measurement: Note the measurement in inches or centimeters; it's best to measure twice to confirm.
How to Measure Your Head for a Hat Size
Measuring your head for a hat is a simple process that ensures a perfect fit. You'll need a soft, flexible tape measure. Follow these three easy steps:
Step 1: Place the Tape Measure
Start by placing the end of the tape measure in the center of your forehead, just above your eyebrows. This is where the hat will sit.
Step 2: Wrap Around Your Head
Gently wrap the tape measure around the back of your head. Make sure it passes just above your ears and over the widest part of the back of your head. The tape should be snug but not tight.

Bring the tape measure back to the starting point on your forehead. The point where the tape overlaps is your head circumference measurement. In this example, the finger is pointing to the final measurement.

Once you have your measurement, compare it to a hat sizing chart to find your perfect size! If your measurement falls between two sizes, it's usually best to choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
