RETURNS

At Bella Starr, we want you to love your handmade hat. You may return or exchange any item for a complete refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition with all hang tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@bellastarr.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
